It is with profound sadness Somerset Fire & Rescue Co. No. 1 announces the passing of President Louis Hajdu-Nemeth on Sunday,  April 30, 2017.  Lou leaves a distinguished fire service legacy as the President of Somerset Fire and Rescue Co. No. 1.  Lou was a Past Chief of the Middlebush Fire Department. Lou also served as a Commissioner of Fire District No. 1.  Lou leaves behind a wife, two sons, a daughter and a new grandchild.
