At 13:46 hours, Station 56 was alerted to respond mutual aid into Hillsborough Township for a working fire at Reckitt Benckiser. Rescue 56 and Car 56 responded with a crew of 8. The assignment was quickly scaled up to a multi alarm incident, bringing additional resources to the scene. Rescue 56 assumed Rapid Intervention Crew duties on the Delta side and worked closely with Finderne Fire Department, Elizabeth Avenue Fire Company, and Millstone Valley Fire Department. The fire was brought under control and Rescue 56 was relieved approximately 4 hours into the incident.
